1. Bookings

To secure a booking a £50 non refundable deposit has to be paid along with the names, addresses and dates of birth of all guests who will be staying in the caravan. Only the people named on the booking form will be able to occupy the caravan. Any amendments that need to be made after the booking is confirmed eg: adding/removing guests and changing dates, will be subject to a Butlin’s amendment fee (currently £10) If you need to make change within 48 hours of your arrival date then a £25 fee will be charged.

Adult Breaks – The lead booker must be aged 21 or over. We are unable to accept bookings from groups made up of mostly under 21’s, under 18’s are strictly not allowed on Adult Breaks.

Once you have made the £50 deposit you will need to pay the full balance at least 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. A £100 refundable security deposit is required the same time the balance is paid. This security deposit will be used to cover any damage to the caravan or contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure providing that everything is in order when the caravan is checked after your departure. If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking.

To avoid being held responsible, any loss or damage found on your arrival should be reported immediately by calling or texting 07860623387.

3. The caravan

Strictly no pets/animals are allowed in the caravan. You will be asked to leave if this is not adhered to, you will not receive a refund.

Strictly no smoking. Cigarettes, including e-cigarettes, cigars, tobacco of any kind or illegal substances are not allowed in the caravan. If you do smoke outside the caravan please ensure there is no damage caused to the caravan exterior, verandah and garden furniture, please dispose of any cigarette ends and litter in a proper manner. Should there be an issue caused by smoking and the maintenance team called out, the cost of any repairs etc will have to be met by you.

Gas, electricity and water costs are all included in the cost of your holiday. Beds will be fully made up for your arrival.
Please do not leave water running or lights on unnecessarily.

4. Parking

There is one allocated car parking space close to the caravan. Please use the east gate car park if you have more than one vehicle.

5. Check in and check out

The keys to the caravan are available to collect from Guest Services from 4pm on the day of your arrival (please provide your booking confirmation)

On departure day please make sure all windows and doors are locked. Check out time is 10am to allow the caravan to be cleaned before the next guests arrival. You can hand the caravan keys in to Guest Services.You will be welcome to stay on the Butlin’s resort for the rest of the day.

6. Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your holiday, the booking deposit of £50 is non-refundable.

This deposit is required to secure your holiday dates and covers the administration involved.

Cove Caravans refund policy is as follows:

  • 28 days or less notice – No refund
  • 29 to 55 days’ notice – 50% refund
  • 56 days or more – 100% refund less the £50 booking deposit.

We are unable to offer refunds for the following:

  • You cannot make the trip
  • The weather is too bad for you to travel
  • A member of your party is unwell.

Please take out your own holiday insurance for protection. Holiday insurance is not included with your booking.

7. Miscellaneous

All Holiday/Break prices include Butlin’s passes to use the leisure and entertainment facilities. There are dates throughout the year that Butlin’s will hold special events: darts, arena events etc which may require you to purchase tickets separately.

Please be aware that Butlin’s may change or cancel advertised entertainment or facilities. This is out of our control and we cannot accept responsibility.

We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your vehicles and personal belongings either inside or outside the caravan.

Please take care of the caravan keys any loss will occur a charge from your security deposit.

If you or any member of your party are asked to leave the site by security you will lose the right to claim any refund.

8. Your privacy
