Can I secure a booking with a deposit?
You can make a £50 non refundable deposit and the balance will need to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Where is the caravan site located?
Our caravans are on the Lakeside Caravan Village which is part of the Butlins resort.
Can we use all of the Butlins on resort facilities?
Yes you can use the Butlins Facilities
How far from the caravans are the Butlins facilities?
It is only about a ten minute walk.
What time can I check in?
Check in time is 4pm.
What time do I need to check out?
Check out time is 10am to allow us to clean the caravan for the next guests. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
Where do I collect the keys for the caravan?
There will be a welcome pack available for you to collect from the main entrance on arrival.
Where do I leave the caravan keys on departure?
There will be a key return box located at security on the way out.
Is there parking close to the caravan?
Yes there is one allocated parking space close to your caravan.
Can I park more than one car?
You only have one allocated parking space on the caravan village but you can park an additional car in the main car park.
Do I have to pay for gas and electricity?
Gas and electricity are included in the booking price.
What do I do with any general waste?
There are bins provided for general waste dotted around the caravan village.
You should find one close to the caravan.
Is there a launderette on site?
Yes there is a launderette close to the caravan village.
Is there a shop nearby?
Yes there is a grocery store close to the caravan village.
Is there a pub nearby?
Yes, The Highwayman pub is on the caravan village and is exclusively for caravan owners and guests.
Where is the nearest Supermarket?
There is a shop on site but also you have Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl
about 1 mile away on Seaward way, 5 minutes in the car or approximately 25 minutes walk.
Is there a McDonalds or Burger King close by?
There is a Burger King in the Skyline pavilion at Butlins and a McDonald’s about 1 mile away on Seaward Way.
What will I have to bring with me?
All beds will be made up free of charge, you will need to bring towels and tea towels.
Can I smoke inside the caravan?
Smoking inside the caravan is not permitted.
If you are found smoking inside the caravan you will be asked to leave.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry pets are strictly prohibited.
If any pets are found to be at the caravan during your stay you will be asked to leave.
When will my security deposit be returned?
Your caravan will be inspected after your departure, providing everything is in order your deposit will be returned within a few days.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy is as follows:
28 Days or less – No Refund
29 – 55 Days – 50% Refund
56 Days or more – 100% Refund less the booking deposit
If Butlins closes because of Covid you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
